Octyl methoxycinnamate or abbreviation OMC or OM-Cinnamate or Octinoxate is an organic sunscreen. Derived from Cinnamic Acid (an acid found in the Cinnamon plant) that is effective in protecting against UVB light. Popularly called by trade names UVINUL MC80, Octinoxate or EHMC.
